Completed Visits

Fees for visits that have already taken place are not refundable. This includes consultations, initial appointments, follow-up visits, and Soliman Auricular Allergy Treatment (SAAT) visits.

 

Consultation Fee

The consultation fee is applied toward the cost of your initial appointment if you decide to begin treatment. If you decide not to begin treatment, the consultation fee is not refunded.

 

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Appointments can be cancelled at no charge at least 24 hours before your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, or missed without notice, are charged a flat fee depending on service type. These fees are not refundable.

 

Overpayments and Billing Errors

If you are charged more than you owe, or charged in error, we will refund the difference. Refunds are made to your original payment method. If you paid by cash or check, we will refund you by check.

 

Insurance

Ohr Acupuncture and Wellness is not contracted with any insurance companies. We can provide a superbill if you’d like to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. If your insurance company does not reimburse you, our fees are not refundable.
